Rustic Timbers
An elegant rustic venue on over 20 acres. Immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings where you can see Native prairie areas and take our walking trails thru the woods. take time to check out our farm equipment on display. Watch for our native wildlife including Deer, Owls, even Armadillos just to name a few. When the sun goes down make sure to check out our amazing view of the night sky. Available for event rental for wedding, anniversary, vow renewal, corporate luncheon or dinners, graduation, appreciation banquets, baby or bridal showers, memorial services etc. Venue is limited for rentals with 150 guests or less. Receptions end by around 10 p.m. on Friday or Saturday and around 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit saves your date. Come stay with us in our bed and breakfast spend time chatting with your host about the area and rural living. There is open catering . The barn is climate controlled which means ICE COLD Air-conditioning. No need to lug around ice we got that covered with an Ice Machine, Refrigerator and Kitchen prep area. Bring your own alcohol is allowed within guidelines. There is a PA system and Wi-Fi available. Round tables and 150 Chiavari chairs are included. The Barn is elegantly decorated with chiffon, string Lights, and chandeliers. Linens available *additional cost may apply.

Travel west on Hwy 54 to 263rd (Lake Afton Exit) Turn Left (South) Go 6 miles to 63rd. Turn Left on dirt road. We are 1/2 mile on the right over the bridge (Rustic Timbers sign at entrance).

Attire
Rustic Timbers is an outdoor/indoor venue. Please dress appropriately for the weather. The property is designed
to integrate with a very natural setting. There are wooded trails, gravel paths, and meadows. The secret garden outdoor
ceremony site has wooden benches with a wood arch and stone walkway. There are walking paths through the timbers
that have bridges and many photographic areas. Our open air pavilion ceremony site has benches and is surrounded
by trees.
Smoking/Open Flame Policy
Due to Rustic Timbers Landscaping Design, the structures that are made of old dry irreplaceble timbers ar highly flamable. Therefore Rustic Timbers is a non smoking property except for clearly marked designated areas. All flames need to be in a votive taller then flame. No bon fires or fireworks are allowed. Sparkler send offs are allowed in a specified area of parking lot in a controlled manner.
Music Policy
Rustic Timbers is not a party barn. Our purpose is to provide a beautiful wedding ceremony and a celebration in an elegant rustic barn. In respect for our neighborhood the sound level of the music will be controlled and monitored by the owners and a decibel reader will be visible. Be sure to talk to your DJ and us about this as not all DJ's are inclined to adhere to these rules. The reception should conclude around 10 p.m. for a Friday or Saturday wedding.
Rain Plans
In the event of rain on your special day, you may want to have an umbrella handy. However, the entire event can be moved inside our 4400 sq. foot barn. If the rain lets up pop outside and get some amazing umbrella pictures with your photographer. A rainbow might even appear.
Alcohol Policy
Beer, wine and alcohol is allowed. If you bring your own alcohol it must be served by a certified beverage service. This cost is not included in the price of the venue. No alcohol is allowed to be sold. No cash bar is allowed. We might suggest "Mixology" or "Better Bar Service" they will allow you to purchase your own alcohol and they will provide the beverage server. This could be an extra $100.00(price may vary) so please contact them directly.
